Grindplate: Octane

The Soap Septum was designed to fit the curves of your feet with it's organic shaping. The Septum combines supportive leather straps where needed with breathable mesh panels for comfort and stability. To protect you from hard hits, the Septums have raised leather "ribs" on the toe and sides. The special loop lacing system keeps your foot stable. The Septum's unique rubber cupsole gives you more traction and toe protection. They feature the Slo Bro grind plate for control.

This is wierd... the pictures show a Septum with the Octane palte, and there is a link for it. However, but both this definition and the very similar definition on the Internet Archives say it includes the Slo Bro. If this doesn't feature the Octane, then how did people get Octanes? The Archives only show that the Maxwell, Slo Bro, and BBK were available for puchase through Soaps website. And to Derek- How did yo acquire your Yellow Octanes?

Dude i just got a brand new pair of these this afternoon and wow. I went up to one of our local skate parks to test them out and they were f-ing awesome. They are about half as heavy as my scabs and I definately like how the slobro locks onto rails, i hit a waxed curb a crapload of times and it barely wore em down. The right foot plate is different than the left side tho, it has a solid surface with no ridges and a concave on the outerside for better control when doing a royal. These are beautiful shoes and i would recommend them to anyone.

Dunno....but depending on what foot...it could probably be for a better lock on with control.....or a better control of speed and lock-on while hitting a curb....i dunno if that makes any sense but ok

I like the Septums especially for the way they look....If you look in www.myspace.com/Soapshoes, you see that the profile pic that the shoes stand out the most....i mean they're supposed to, but yea...lol

By the way, i submitted it to solidgrind as well.....It hasnt been put up so i guess it isnt that great......oh well
