Release: Unknown Grindplate: N/A The X Factor were the second grind shoe to be released by Salomon, follwing the Mr. Wilson. The main differences here are that the quick-release lace-up system is gone, replaced with standard laces, and the harder grind plate, giving the grinder less feel than the Mr Wilson, but with the bonus of increased speed due to less friction.
