It is a very long rail indeed. He jumped on about 10 feet back from where he is in the picture, and followed through for another 25 feet or so. If he had went a bit further than that, he would've gotten to the kink at the upcoming stairs, so he bailed onto the grass.

indeed it is. Your only real limitation with it is where you start... you need to find a spot low enough for you to jump onto.
