yeah, good point. i usually don't wax curbs, i only do painted ones...it scratchs them up, but when you hit some rails they smooth out. i only do that in replacement plate shoes though....not cemented ones.

This is not a painted curb is is made out of granite, The mica in the stone gives it the pose that it looks like it is painted but its really not.I would know im a mason :) But this picture is real

Even if it's not painted, the curb would most likly have the sme effect a painted one would.

well, wax makes the tips of my broadsides slide better....

But thats because my broadsides Sole plate (in the front) is a little bit longer and sticks out more than normal ones
