Jan 22, 2007 by matrix8967

ok, i'm having some problems with jumping up to high rails...because i'm a 9.5 and my shoes are a 10, so they're a LITTLE to big, and i can't jump without my heel comming out of them. same with running to get speed. any advice?

Just tighten your shoelaces really tight. You could try putting somthing in the heel. Or just wear bigger sox.

Hey Alex,
Two easy ways to quickly solve the slippage problem:
1) Double sock with two pairs of crew socks.
2) Add a second set of sockliners (insoles).
Either one will take-up at least a half-size of width and keep your foot from sliding forward after lacing them snuggly. ---Steve

wow dude, .5 of a size shouldn't make your foot slide out. I'm a size 11, and I'm wearing size 13 Soaps. I've got a looseness in my heel but, my foot has never felt like it was about to come out.
