haha that reminds me of what my friend did, he duck taped his skate shoes to an old skate board and called it snowskating haha. I tried it and got worked

I use "sky hooks". I used to use them with those huge dirt wheels. I now put them on my spare street board. I'm going to film myself using them this weekend. They are two hooks made of the same material as our grind plates.

Good luck finding them. The company went out of business years ago.

I've been looking for another pair for years now with no luck.

Maybe I will research what it would take to make molds/copies of mine.

It's just a small hook. Your feet come out easily for pushing. I'll post a video soon.

I just looked them up.....apparently they're known as "S1" bindings on freeboards....

Yeah, you just slip the front/sides of you feet into them. Instead od doing the ollie motion you just jump and the board follows.

The attatch to the board via two metal screws. You just place them whereever you want acording to your skate stance and screw them down.

Kain - do you have a link to info on these "S1" bindings. I would love to get some sort of replacements for my skyhooks since I first bought them back in 1997 and they are pretty worn out.

lol be4 i knew how to ollie i had this thing called ollie up. it was a bungie cord that was attached on the middle part so u pull the bungie coord and it sticks to ur feet. ah good times. it broke though after i left it in the sun. got all britle and cracked. =(

those are S1 freebord bindings, but I think they have a new version called S2 that's supposed to be better.
